The rooms at Willa Swoboda Garden Spa are cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains. As a guest, it made me feel relaxed and connected to nature. I loved the warm colors and carpeted floors in the rooms, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The twin room I stayed in had a balcony, allowing me to enjoy the fresh mountain air and admire the surroundings. The flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment after a long day of activities. Having an electric kettle and cups in the room was convenient for enjoying a hot beverage whenever I wanted. The bathroom with a shower was clean and modern, providing all the necessary amenities.
Personally, I found that the towels provided in the twin room were a bit thin. Others might still find them sufficient for their needs, though.

We had a blast with our friends, hitting up the spa and the game room. The spa had a sick sauna and jacuzzi that we couldn't get enough of. And the game room had everything, from a movie theater to billiards. We felt like cool VIPs, just chilling and having a great time.
The only thing we wished for was more options for young party-goers. It would've been awesome to have a dedicated party area with some sick music and dancing.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! The jacuzzi and sauna were absolutely fantastic - so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also loved the fact that there were sledges available for us to take and go for a slide on the nearby hill. It was such a fun and unique experience! the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from every day.
There were a few things that could be improved. The communication with the staff was quite poor, as most of them didn't understand English.

Great Mountain View and Tidy Place
The panoramic view of the beautiful mountains was the best aspect of my stay. The place was kept very tidy, which was remarkable. The staff was hospitable and served a good and plentiful breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying the fresh air.
The lack of communication was one of the worst aspects of my stay as most of the staff did not understand English. The stairs were loud, and we could hear every step, making it hard to have a peaceful stay.

Delicious Polish Delights: The buffet breakfast at this mountain retreat was simply mouthwatering! From the traditional Polish dishes to the regional specialties, every bite was a flavorful adventure. It felt like having a private cooking lesson from a culinary maestro!
Thin walls.
